Shipping policy

Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to arrive after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Where we ship: We currently ship to all 50 US states. At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support@solave.com.

Lost or delayed packages: If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@solave.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Solave is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately at support@solave.com if you need to update your address and your order has not yet shipped.
